Each bottle of Press On Juice is made with at least two pounds of fresh, raw fruits and veggies, which contain lots of essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and living enzymes. These little guys replenish and restore balance to your body, getting rid of toxins and impurities.
We use a Norwalk Juice Press. Norman Walker invented this machine some 75 years ago. The press has two separate juice extraction machines built into it: the pulverizer and the three ton hydraulic press. Harder vegetables and certain fruits require first being pushed through the pulverizer feed tube, and then a slow spinning blade creates a pulp out of the produce. The pulp is then wrapped in a cotton or linen cloth and placed on the press tray where the press crushes the juice from the pulp. For more on the process, check out this video.
