You can't get enough spinach, and here's why: 

  • It's full of phytonutrients, which have inflammatory and anticancer properties

Apple is so delicious and contains: 

  • Polyphenols, which have antioxidant properties that lower your risk of asthma and cancer, and improve blood sugar regulation.
  • Pectin lowers cholesterol

Parsley has lots of fresh flavor, plus:

  • Volatile oils that inhibit tumor formation
  • Flavanoids and Vitamin A, which contain antioxidants
  • Vitamin B, which acts as a guardian for your blood cells, against increased risk of heart attack/stroke in people with diabetic heart disease and atherosclerosis
  • Folic acid, a critical component of cell division and cancer prevention
  • Vitamin C, full of antioxidants and provides protection against rheumatoid arthritis

Lemon offers a "zing" of flavor, and: 

  • Flavanoids are organic compounds that have antioxidant/anticancer properties, and antibiotic effects
  • Vitamin C
  • Limonoids, which are protectors against cancers of the mouth, skin, lung, breast, stomach, and colon

Ginger packs a lot of health benefits! It does the following:

  • Reduces inflammation in the colon and prevents colon cancer
  • Reduces muscle pain caused by exercise
